Know Sauce Noodles & Spicy Eggs

1 pack of instant noodle spicy sauce
100 gr know, diced
1 celery stalk, cut into pieces
1 egg
1 tablespoon chili sauce
3 pieces of cayenne pepper, cut into pieces
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 cloves of onion, chopped
salt to taste
How to make:
Boil instant noodles briefly, do not be too soft. Drain.
Saute garlic and shallots until fragrant, enter instant noodle oil if present, put chili sauce and chilli sauce, stir fry.
Pour water, add noodles and celery leaves, cook until boiling, insert tofu, after a while, insert eggs and random until sauce thickens, finally enter instant noodles, add salt if necessary and boil briefly until broth fused with noodles.
