Rich gourmet oats

It is good to be as healthy as you can and to prepare your meals as healthy as possible. Usually, I make my oats with milk and honey. However, today I will be sharing a rich gourmet oats recipe. It is okay to have a few cheat days where you get to have delicious unhealthy treats, but don't make it a habit. 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats 
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup water 
  • 1 tblsp butter 
  • 5 tblsp condensed milk 
  • Strawberries 
  • Honey

Method: 

Braise the oats with butter on low heat. Add the milk and water. Then add the condensed milk (as much as you would like to add). Let it summer on a low heat until it is thick. Put it into a bowl and drizzle some honey and strawberries to garnish and enjoy!
