How to make Shakshuka
A recipe for Shakshuka!
Ingredients:
olive oil,
1 big onion,
3 garlic,
100 gr tomato paste,
1/2 hot pepper,
1/2 red peppers,
5-6 tomatoes,
paprika,
salt,
brown sugar.
Fry the onion until browned, add chopped garlic and fry.
Add finely chopped red pepper and pepper.
Add a tomato paste.
Add half a cup of water and tomatoes.
Mix, season with brown sugar, paprika and salt. Checking tastes, improving. And let the mixture boil until the liquid evaporates.
And you have a very tasty shakshuka !!
You can add soft eggs and fry them.
