CHOCOHOLIC lovers - Haselnut Fudge cake
This will feed the chocoholic inside of you.
CAKE
60 g butter
125 g dark chocolate - chopped
30 ml (2 tbsp) Nutella
2 eggs ( beat them together)
125 ml (1/2 cup) self raising flour
80 ml (1/3 cup) hazelnuts - chopped
Icing
125 ml Nutella
Extra hazelnuts - chopped for topping
Grease a square microwave dish of 18 by 6 cm
Melt the butter and chocolate for 1 min in glass bowl in microwave - stir every 15 seconds
Mix till smooth
Mix all the rest of cake ingredients into the melted chocolate
Pour out into prepared dish and smooth out the top
Place the dish on an upside down saucer into the microwave oven
Microwave for 4 min on high
Let it cool inside the dish for 10 min
Turn out on a plate
Spread the Nutella on top and sprinkle more hazelnuts on top.
Tip:
Put warm hazelnuts into clean dish cloth and rub of the skin.
