Mulled wine
Mulled wine is a beverage usually made with red wine along with various mulling spices and sometimes raisins. It is served hot or warm and is alcoholic, although there are non-alcoholic versions of mulled wine. It is a traditional drink during winter, especially around Christmas.
Ingredients:
Semi-sweet red wine
3 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
spices for mulled wine (2-3 grams of ginger root, 2-3 stars of badjan, 2-3 cores of cardamom, 1-2 cloves of bud, fragrant pepper 3 peas, nutmeg 2 pinch)
0.5 lemon
Ginger root cut into thin plates. Thinly cut the lemon peel and the pulp of the lemon is cut into circles. Sugar is mixed with cinnamon powder. On a small fire, heat the wine with all the spices. Wine should be hot, but not boil. Mulled wine insist 10-15 minutes and then filter.
