It is the perfect time of year to home grow hot peppers and make your own sauce.
I order a case at a time of glass bottles in to distribute my sauce to friends and family that can handle the heat.
Today I harvested my trinidad scorpion, peter, ghost and serrano peppers. Together they make a mean sauce mix with some flavor. April is still a great month to start growing peppers so it's not too late for this season to get involved.
