Vegan heaven in Seminyak, Bali (VEGAN HOTDOG!)

Seminyak offers a wide variety of vegan restaurants. I just want to show you that you don't have to miss out on certain foods as a vegan. For example, I had my first vegan steak with a creamy mushroom sauce at Divine Earth which was super tasty. And let me tell you... when I first went vegan I thought I would never have such a thing as a steak again in my life.

Vegan hotdogs at Earth Cafe

Go and grab a vegan seitan hotdog at Earth Cafe. I never had seitan before so I was really excited to try this one out. And I wasn't disappointed. Apart from the amazing food, they sell sustainably products that are produced by environmentally-conscious, local workers and companies. Vegan steak at Divine Earth

I don't have a picture of this dish but I would highly recommend it. They call it a steak but it reminded me more of a german schnitzel with mushroom sauce which was one of my favoriete childhood dishes. YUM!

Vegan cheesecake at Shelter Cafe

Now if I remember this right this was the raw raspberry lemon cheesecake. This cheesecake was out of this world. I tried to make vegan cheesecake a few times at home but they never turned out as good. Shelter Cafe in Bali is not a fully vegan restaurant but they have some amazing options.

Located underneath Shelter Cafe, this is a heaven for people like me who love smoothie bowls! Get yourself a refreshing breakfast or lunch on those tropical Bali days.
