作为一个妹子,减肥真的是每天都在喊的话题。越来越多的骨干妹子加入了减肥大军,每天吃的比喵🐱还少,天天喊着我很胖我要减肥。但是,我一直坚信,运动才是减肥的最好方式。

一天一个苹果,这是我妈曾经的减肥大餐 。结果显而易见,在去逛超市的路上,她晕倒在了地上。送去医院一查,低血糖。

对于减重,真的要有一种正确的认知。
夏天到了,不妨在增加运动量的同时,吃一些低卡食物,但要确保每天的摄入量,不能让节食变成绝食。

夏天的食物,当然是蔬果最好不过,每次做完自己的餐点,都有一种满满的幸福感和自豪感。
