So they were going to let me try but I failed with the do so Chef decided to show me and let me film it to study. I will make one very soon but wanted to show you the process.

Don't let the simplicity fool you. Its not easy but the taste of this simple style Neapolitan Pizza is fantastic. You have seen me upload their pizzas to @steepshot . Needless to say I'm an addict. (Hopefully soon will be an expert)

that looks really good. How long did it actually take to cook? I was surprised by the amount of cheese that was used. Must have tasted awesome

it took between 4 and 5 minutes. I am told it would have been less if it were lighter. Pepperoni and Salami are a lot for that style of pizza. The ones I have tried in the past usually only have cheese and basil on them. I was fantastic. I'm still thinking about it.
