❣️ ✅ Vegan Tart with Pastry Cream!

🌱 The Vegan Tart with pastry cream is the best way to start the day or to take a sweet break.

🍭 INGREDIENT'S OF TART:
Flour
300 g
Corn seed oil
100 g
Brown sugar
100 g
Avena's milk
4 tablespoons
Lemon and orange (rind)
1
Instant yeast for desserts
1/2 tablespoon

🍭 PREPARATION OF TART:
In a bowl sift the flour and add it to the cane sugar and corn oil, add the rind of a lemon and an orange, mix everything, add 4 tablespoons of avena milk, until a soft and smooth dough is obtained. Leave it to rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Roll out the pastry on baking paper and place it on a cake tin .
Add the cream and decorate with the remaining shortcrust pastry.
Cook in a ventilated oven at 180 ° C for 35 minutes.

🍭 INGREDIENT'S OF PASTRY CREAM:
500 ml avena milk
70 gr flour
200 brown sugar
70 maize
two drops vanilla
lemon and grated orange

🍭 PREPARATION OF PASTRY CREAM:
Pour the brown sugar and maize into a saucepan (over a low heat). We mix and mix well. Add the lemon and orange peel and mix again.
We pour the avena milk, stirring, continuing to mix.

Add the vanilla and put on the stove over low heat: we must cook until our cream has thickened for about ten minutes.
Our vegan tart is ready!
