Simple Weekend Dinner for 2 better than takeaway! 周末二人经济晚餐,比外卖还好吃!
In fact, having meals outside every weekend is a short break for this “Home Minister”, Haha! However, people's desires are always dissatisfaction themselves, always craving for more. Sometimes it is not value money to eat yummy foods, especially delicious foods with cost saving. So this weekend, I decided to grill "Portuguese fish" for my lover. I believe friends who are accustomed in cooking will love to start with their own too. Can you imagine this dish cost us less than RM15 for everything. Isnt it cheap? Let me tell you, its not only cheap but tasty & satisfied!
其实每个周末外出用餐是给我这“家庭部长”短暂的休息,哈哈。但是人的欲望就是不能满足自己,渴望更多更好。通常外吃美食要满足口欲都不算很划算,更何况又要物超所值,便宜、靓、正,就比较难找了。所以这周末我就特地为我的爱人随便来个“葡萄牙烧鱼” 吧!我相信喜爱烹饪的朋友都会自己下手吧, 而且你能想像这二人餐费用都不到RM15,是不是很经济呢?让我与你分享这不仅价格合理,味道也一级棒!
Ingredients:
600g Silvery pomfret/butterfish
2 big onions
2 tomatoes
200g okra
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon Olive oil
3 tablespoon Homemade Chilli paste
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 limes
烹饪材料:
1条 金昌鱼
2粒 大洋葱
2粒 番茄
15条 羊角豆
少许盐
1汤匙 橄榄油
3汤匙 家制辣椒酱
1茶匙 加哩粉
2粒 酸柑
Methos of cooking:
- Marinate the fish with pinch of salt & curry powder for 10 mins & set aside.
- Cutting the raw ingredients (onions, tomatoes, okra) to slices.
- Place the marinated fish on the grill pan center,then decorate all the slices ingredients by side.
- Drizzle olive oil on all materials and put it in the oven at 150°C for 15-20 minutes.
- Squeezing some lime before serving can make the fish more delicious.
烹饪方法:
1)用少许盐和咖喱粉将鱼腌10分钟并放在烤盘上。
2)将洋葱,红番茄,秋葵都切成片,大小随意。
3)将腌制的鱼放在烤盘中心,然后将所有切片配料摆置在一旁。
4)将橄榄油淋在所有材料上,然后放入烤箱中用150℃度,烤15〜20分钟。
5)上桌前挤一些柠檬能让鱼更鲜味。
Since there are appetizing grilled fish, of course eat with rice better. Haha, I also casually fried some rice.
既然有开胃的烧鱼当然也要配饭吃咯,我也随便炒个饭搭配。
