Hola a todos,, como siempre comento en mis post, referente a los fines de semana, al que concidero de mucho valor, moral, social y familiar, porque es el dia en donde podemos reunirnos en familia, por ejemplo como en este caso donde degustamos un exquisito asado a la olla, siendo la carne en este caso, falda parrillera, la misma es carne de res, condimentado solamente con un poco de ajo, pimienta y sal a gusto.
Para empesar con dicha comida, lo primero en cortar dicha carne o sea la falda, la cual la corto en trozos pequeños y como se puede ver al contener un poco de grasa, no hace falta agregar el aceite a la olla antes mencionada.
Como les comente amigos, referente a no agregar el aceite, bueno bien se sabe que la grasa una ves que se calienta, despide dicho aceite, haciendo que de esta manera la carne salga bien cocinada y muy sabrosa.
Este es el proceso a comoc se va cocinando la carne, como dije asado a la olla, bueno se trata de la falda, de por si es una carne que contiene grasa y esta grasa al cocinarse le da un excelente sabor a la carne antes mencionada.
Bueno lo siguiente es agregar otra olla en la hornalla de la cocina, a los efectos de calentar agua, para agregarle luego la mandioca o yuca, la cual una ves hervida se la retira y se la agrega en una fuiente.
Bueno en este caso la agregue sobre un plato, porque la verdad no se cocino mucho, es acorda a la cantidad de carne que cocinamos.
Como asi tambien el zapallo, el cual al estar muy bien hervido que bien blando, siendo un buen complemento para dicho asado, que la verdad salio riquisimo.
Asi en la manera que se cosina el asado a la olla, bueno tambien compañado con mandioca o yuca y zapallo hervido.
