Hola a todos, siempre teniendo en cuenta el frio, que mejor que cocinar como se puede ver en la foto, un estofado de pollo, pero el detalle es que me agrada quitarle la piel, porque la misma nos hace mucho mal, entonces de esta manera sale mas liviano todo, por supuesto que cada uno tiene su forma de cocinar.

Lo que les puedo decir es que el pollo que compre la verdad que no parece pollo, mas bien parece un pavo, por lo grande que es el mismo.

Tambien lo mejor es cortar todo en porciones, para esto utiliso un cuchillo bien filoso.

Como pueden ver amigos el arroz lo cocino aparte, para luego mesclar todo con el estofado de pollo, que por cierto salio exquisito.

Dicho arrozo para prepararlo, agrego el agua en la olla, luego el arrozo, cuando esta cocinado, lo paso por el colador,
y quedo listo para degustarlos, como les dije, quedando terminado como el que se ve en la primera foto.

Also the best thing to do is to cut everything in portions, for this I use a very sharp knife.

As you can see my friends, I cook the rice separately, and then mix it all with the chicken stew, which by the way came out exquisite.

To prepare the rice, I add the water in the pot, then the rice, when it is cooked, I pass it through the strainer,
and it is ready to be tasted, as I told you, being finished like the one you see in the first picture.
