Roasted Brussel Sprouts - Recipe
Do you like to eat healthy? Or maybe your just looking for a new way of eating your favorite mini cabbage?
Well I have a delicious and simple recipe you need to try.
Ingredients
- 1lb Brussel Sprouts (halved)
- 2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil Pro tip: Try this recipe with a lemon grass infused oil
- 2 Tablespoons Coarse Ground Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Seasoning
Preperation
- Pre-heat oven to 450°F.
- Coat brussel sprouts in olive oil.
- Arrange flat side down on baking sheet.
- Sprinkle sea salt and garlic seasoning over brussel sprouts.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, turn brussel sprouts and bake for another 15 minutes or until soft.
Enjoy the tiny little cabbage delicacies with your favorite meal.
If you want to kick it up a notch try adding in some pre-cooked prosciutto or bacon bits.
