Roasted Brussel Sprouts - Recipe

Do you like to eat healthy? Or maybe your just looking for a new way of eating your favorite mini cabbage?
Well I have a delicious and simple recipe you need to try.

Ingredients

  1. 1lb Brussel Sprouts (halved)
  2. 2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil Pro tip: Try this recipe with a lemon grass infused oil
  3. 2 Tablespoons Coarse Ground Sea Salt
  4. 1 Tablespoon Garlic Seasoning

Preperation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Coat brussel sprouts in olive oil.
  3. Arrange flat side down on baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle sea salt and garlic seasoning over brussel sprouts.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turn brussel sprouts and bake for another 15 minutes or until soft.

Enjoy the tiny little cabbage delicacies with your favorite meal.
If you want to kick it up a notch try adding in some pre-cooked prosciutto or bacon bits.
