I like to make an elderberry syrup with honey and cinnamon for the winter months to help out with the flu season. A great boost of Vitamin C truly does wonders for the immune system.

Berries are good to our bodies. We have that planted in our backyard before but now it's gone since we transferred to a different address. I haven't eaten that fruit for a very long time.
