I love that ginger comes with sushi. It's a great healthy combonation with raw substance from the sea. It doesn't get better. I didn't know that ginger was this great @cryptokraze!!!
It's delicious, it's healthy, it's cheap. What more do we want? I'm already in love with it and no matter how many times I read about its health benefits I like to read some more. Thanks for sharing 👊
Thank you. Very useful. I've recently started taking Turmeric, but I'm not sure it agrees with me. From what you say Ginger appears to provide some similar advantages. I did read somewhere that healing spices can depend on your genes i.e. If your ancestors had Turmeric in their diet then it is likely to be more beneficial to you. I know my grandparents, (and possibly their predecessors) were great Ginger lovers!!.
