Apples are great! There are thousands of varieties of apples and they all taste amazing. One day I want to get an apple tree and graft different varieties of apple on it. That way you get different apples on the same tree!
Literally just ate one before clicking on this.

I love all variant of Apple....

I love bananas more, but I also need to reconsider my attitude to apples. They are also very useful)
Just don't pull a Steve Jobs and become a Frutarian or whatever he calls it. Well balanced diet people. I think a lot of these tips are sort of presented in a "we found the solution" type way which is sort of misleading.
"An apple a day keeps the doctor away" is true to an extent. If someone eats a bowl of fruit without apple it's not like they missed the benefit. In fact, that apple might be worse for them at that point due to a higher fructose/carb intake.
I think a lot of these health tips need to be taken with a grain of salt. I mean, they found out fruit is good for you. That's about it. If you only eat fast food, drink soft drinks and sugary drinks, don't work out, and eat candy all day the benefits of replacing one of those terrible snacks for an apple is obvious.
it is important to maintain the health of the body, but there is more importantly, that is our spiritual health, if you want to stop by my blog. thanks I say, by the way I also really like fruits especially apples
