Food and Health Awareness | Pitanga with its Health Boosting Properties

Hey folks @cryptokraze here with my new Blog about Food and Health awareness in which I will highlight the health benefits associated with Pitanga. We should add variety of foods in our diet because they have bio-active components in them that help in preventing many diseases and provide other health benefits.
Pitanga is ironic in antioxidants and aids in prevention of free radicals that are a major reason of disease and inflammation.

Pitanga health benefits

Heart Ailments

A sufficient amount of vitamin C helps prevent free radical damage to blood vessels. Atherosclerosis is a heart disease caused by free radicals. Vitamin C helps prevent cardiovescular disease.

Eye Health

Pitangas are effective against visually related issues. People with Pitanga have shown reduced levels of vitamin C. High intakes of vitamin C increase the blood supply to the eye area.

Skin Care

Vitamin A helps to destroy free radicals and toxins that damage the skin. It provides supple and soft skin by preventing dryness, keeping moisture, skin conditions such as psoriasis and keratinization.

Prevent Muscular Dystrophy

This helps maintain bone health and shape. Vitamin A ensures good muscle growth. This can prevent the occurrence of muscular dystrophy.
