INTENSE cheesecake with chocolate without oven
Hi guys, y love cheesecakes and LOOOVEE chocolate, so this recipe is perfect!
For the base you'll need:
- Vanilla cookies (Lincoln type) 150 gr.
- Butter (butter) 50 gr.
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Bitter cocoa 2 tablespoons.
For the filling you'll need
- Semi-raw chocolate 400 gr.
- Cream cheese 300 gr.
- Sugar 45 gr.
- Liquid coffee 2 tablespoons.
- Milk cream 350 gr
Preparation:
Chop the cookies, do not need to be like dust.
Add the two tablespoons of cocoa powder, melt the butter and add it to the cookies, mix with a fork and spread on the base of the mold (removable 20 cm.) Helped with the back of a spoon to make it more smooth.
Allow to cool in the refrigerator and while preparing the filling.
Chop and melt the chocolate in the microwave at intervals of 30 seconds or in a water bath.
Beat the cheese, sugar and coffee until you get a creamy mixture, add the melted (warm) chocolate with the help of a spatula.
Beat the cream and once ready, incorporate it into the previous mixture. Pour into the mold on the base of cookies and flatten with the help of a spatula, decorate with rain and chocolate to taste.
Cover with film and take to refrigerator between 4 to 6 hours, better if it is all night. Remove from the cold when serving
