in #food7 years ago (edited)

There is food you should eat before sex to increase your lust in immeasurable ways. Nature in particular offers a wealth of herbs and food to electrify your sex life.

Some can restore vitality and sexual strength, stimulate and increase sexual stamina, promote sexual desire, increase sexual drive and sensitivity, and so on. There are numerous means that can help you to get exactly where your problem might be.

But I'll talk about this another time. Today I want to talk about the food you definitely shouldn't eat before sex. These products can have exactly the opposite effect or even cause unpleasant or embarrassing moments that no one even wants to dream about. Believe me!

Food No. 1: Foods containing quinine

But what is quinine?

Quinine is a naturally occurring substance in the bark of the Chinese tree found in the Andes of Peru, Venezuela and Ecuador. Quinine acts as a mild muscle relaxant (in small doses!!!!), and is therefore often used as an effective treatment for cramps or malaria. Quinine also has an antipyretic, analgesic and conditionally anaesthetic effect.

You should be very careful with the dose of quinine, as it can even lead to death! Pregnant women should also avoid drinking beverages containing quinine, as they are drunk in excess, have contractions promoting properties and could also damage the embryo.

Quinine should also be avoided in certain clinical conditions, such as tinnitus or existing damage to the optic nerve.

AND therefore I recommend you: Do not use quinine before sex! Or do you want your penis to relax?

But which foods now contain quinine?

Be especially careful not to drink bitter lemon, bitter orange and tonic water before sex. In addition, some spirits and wine-based drinks also contain quinine. Tonic Water has the highest amount of quinine, approx. 61 mg/l to a maximum of 75 mg/l.

A little tip: If you don't know if the drink may contain quinine, then simply refrain from eating bitter foods before sex.

Food No. 2: Foods containing sugar

Sugar has many negative effects on the body. It makes you limp, listless, tired, depressed and, above all, sick.

And believe me, there are many more negative symptoms that can cause sugar, but I do not want to go into that now. It's not a pretty subject.

Sugar may provide a short boost of energy, but it fades quickly and you fall into a hole full of fatigue and limpness.
I also recommend not to drink energy drinks, as they also contain a lot of sugar. Taurine also takes away your remaining reserves and when they are used up, you can't fill them up with more energy drinks. Your body as well as your mind will have no more energy and you will feel weak and tired.

Food No. 3: Foods that make you bloated

There are many bloating foods - however, it is very different from person to person which foods actually lead to flatulence or a bloated tummy.

It is often the healthy foods that are particularly rich in dietary fibres.

Food No. 4: Highly fatty foods

French fries and other fried foods are rich in unhealthy fatty acids. These saturated fats not only damage our heart or make us fat, but also lead acutely to fatigue and inertia.

Studies even show that the blood circulation of the sexual organs is severely impaired, which can lead to erection and orgasm disorders.
My advice: Limit fried foods in general and do without them completely before sex.

Food No. 5: Chewing Gum

Chewing gum before sex is certainly a popular way to cover your bad breath and have a fresh breath for your date. And if you're nervous about your date, chewing gum may also have a calming effect.

However, the little helper also hides mean consequences. By the many swallowing your stomach accumulates with more and more air, which can cause flatulence and strange noises. Not a nice side effect if you want to have wonderful sex.

I have read that peppermint should also have negative influences for men, as it is supposed to lower testosterone levels. However, the smell of peppermint is supposed to be an aphrodisiac scent and therefore I recommend peppermint sweets instead of chewing gum.

MY BONUS TIP: Food No. 6: Dehydrating foods

Avoid dehydrating foods that drain your body. If you do a detoxification, it will surely do your body good and the health factor is not to be despised.

However, a forced pause, during sex, can take pleasure in both involved just because you had to go to the toilet quite urgently. You'll be angry. So avoid excessive consumption of the following foods, as they have a laxative or dehydrating effect:

  • celery
  • cafe
  • ale
  • drink
  • nettle
  • pear
  • parsley
  • sprig
  • cucumber
  • watermelon
  • Asparagus (can also smell strange in the toilet)

Those were the six foods you weren't supposed to take before sex. However, I must also add that I am talking here about excessive consumption of these foods. In moderation, some of these foods should certainly not cause a major problem.

In addition, each person and body reacts differently to certain foods. Find out which aphrodisiac gets you going and which food has negative influences on your sex life. If you do that and take care of it, nothing should stand in your way of a great sex life.

Tell us your tips and tricks on how you can improve your sex life with food... or what takes your desire away. I am curious.

So you're telling me I should stop eating light bulbs before sex??!! what a bummer - there's nothing quite like the taste of fresh warm light bulb just before coitus. If I knew it dehydrated me - I would have stopped eating light bulbs long ago....who would have guessed that they were bad for you?

thanks alot :D I changed it. I am not an English native speaker so I trusted the first word in my dictionary that I saw .... embarrasing XD

I'm was just having fun with you - I got a good laugh out of it though -don't be embarrassed - keep up the good work - you are doing great - I don't know what your native language is - but I guarantee that if I tried to write a story in it - no one would be able to read it - so I commend you on your efforts and encourage you to keep at it - thanks for the great information!
