Yes🙌🏻 What actually helped me become healthy and lose weight was a shift in mindset. I went from looking at food as numbers to looking at food as medicine.💊I'm excited to wake up and find what goodies I can use to heal my body.🍋🍇Food is medicine, not evil, not numbers. It wants to help heal you! A shift in mindset saved my life. If I didn't have that realization, I probably would of given up by now. If you're struggling with binge eating, or have a bad relationship with food, try consciously thinking about food wanting to heal you. Everything you put in your body is helping or harming you.
