Best Indian Street - Food diary #1
Hi guys Today I would like to write about India's Street food. India has been known for its delicious food recipes. There is a misconception that street food in India is not safe. It maybe tasty but it also brings you hepatitis or malaria, due it is unhygienic kitchens. But that's not the case most of the street food kitchens in delhi are just as hygienic as top rated restaurants. Delhi's street food has many variety food items and they are very delicious. They range from spicy to sweet Chinese to Italian. Today I would like to show you some of the delicious Street food places and Food Items available in Delhi.
- Momos
Momos have become india's favorite food lately and delhi has some good points where you can find delicious momos. There more than 40 types of momos available in these places and My favorite one is Tandoori Momos. They are modified with indian style of cooking making them spicy and very tasty. These momos are a bit calorie addition to the diet but they're totally worth it. I mostly eat at Yeti – The Himalayan Kitchen
- North Indian platter- Stuffed butter Naan, Rice, Matar Paneer, Dal Makkhani, Chutney
This whole plate of food is known as North Indian Platter it has Fried rice. And butter Naan my favorite it is stuffed with paneer and has good taste to it and Daal makani is very good to have with Naan. Matar Paneer goes well with the fried rice adding at bit of spicy to the food and you can have this at Food Factory
, near Rajiv Chowk for a price of Rs-100. This place is very clean and has good ambiance during Night.
- BURGER BUN TIKKI CHAAT
Bun Tikki chat is the famous evening snack these days in youth and I think the best one to get from is at Hindu College, University of Delhi. Aloo tikki is a North Indiaand Snack made out of boiled potatoes, onions and various curry spices. "Aloo" means potato, and the word "tikki" means a small cutlet in Hindi,It is a vegetarian alternative. It is sometimes referred to as a "potato burger". The Place is a bit crowded in the afternoons around 3pm.But it is worth a wait.
- Brownie Bridge:
It is Ice cream and Brownie combined Cold snack and It is amazing and it never ends. It is available at Jambox ,Sector18, Noida. It is definitely one place to go to. Small cafe with pretty decor and some nice music. Their shakes are a must try for sure. Food is also good. Decent service. The Brownie Bridge however is So decadent, so chocolatey, so delicious was this shake that words fall short to describe it; and so did my camera frame! The brownie, however, could be more gooey..
