Hey there Steemit Family!
In this short video I want to share with you all a simple yet effective cooking tip. In my opinion, if you are going to go through the work that cooking some homemade meals take, I always recommend to cook some extra portions, a bit more than you actually need. Why? Well because it will take you pretty much the same amount of time/effort and resources (gas/electricity) and by cooking extra, you will be able to freeze that food or to keep it in the fridge to eat in the following days.
For me theres nothing better than taking some homemade goodies out of the freezer, heat or cook and eat in no time. Saves you a lot of time and effort, and takes you out of a rush on those busy days.

Good tips Mr. Chef :) I always like to make extra for left overs or as you say, freeze and warm up/cook later. Had some left over pork loin for lunch today. It was delicious. The pasta looked fantastic man, although I'm less familiar with a filling like pumpkin/walnut. Cool idea.
That's really good advice about making more than you need. It's more economical to cook 2 meals once, than to cook 1 meal twice.
The overhead is almost the same when you cook extra. 100% right.
I also prepare food for two day that I can have extra time for myself and food always ready. The food looks delicious and the music amazing :)
Ohhh yummy! I'm saving that in my digital cookbook for sure, thanks for sharing. I always cook ''for an army'' when preparing meals hehe. Enough to fill up the freezer and like you said, it comes in handy when you come back home from work too tired to cook! Nothing better than a homemade meal

It is true, I am one of the people who work and I have to eat reheated so I save time.
