Eggs and Bacon Are Healthy? Delicious Keto Friendly Lunch

I wanted to share my healthy fat-full lunch today. Eating a diet high in fat and low in grains goes against what we've been taught over the last 30 years. We now know that fat isn't what is making people "fat" after all. It's the insane amount of sugar and carbohydrates Americans consume on a daily basis. Not to mention the processed food we consume on a daily basis.
According to the University of California San Fransisco Americans are consuming on average 19.2 teaspoons or 85 grams per day. The correlates to consuming about 66lbs of sugar per year! Wow! Metabolic disease and obesity have been on the rise for several years now. I'm on a mission to help decrease obesity and reverse metabolic disease through the ketogenic lifestyle.

As you can see a lunch very full of fat. Have you every tried the ketogenic diet? If so, what challenges did you face?
