Stuffed green Peppers / Biber Dolması
I will give you recipe in turkish name Biber Dolması in english call stuffed green peppers. Also this recipe including some diversity especially on the technique of construction. Then lets make this meal turkish style.
ingredients
11 pieces of pepper
250 gr minced meat
3 onions (if you have big onions I recommend using 2 pieces)
1 glass of rise
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
3/4 sunflowers oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 sweet spoon cumin
1 sweet spoon sumac
1 sweet spoon isot
1 tablespoon red pepper flake
1 pinch of dry mint
1 pinch of fresh mint
Fresh mint were taken from the fresh branch of my balcony garden.

Direction
Wash the peppers. You can keep it in vinegar water. And then dry with paper towels.Remove the seeds from cleaned pepper.

After that you have to prepare internal material.()
Peel and chop the onions.

After than take a large bowl, add it inside peeling onions, minced mince, rice, spices, sumac,İsot (Chipotle),dry and fresh mint,cumin to the bowl.

Then add 1 tablespoons tomato sauce and sunflower oil.

Thereafter In a large bowl, combine the beef and mixture, mixing well.

Mixture is ready when it comes to meatballs consistency.

Fill the mixture of the meatballs into the peppers.
()
Place the filled peppers tightly in a stewpot. And add water to the half of the chilling peppers.

After all then 1 tbsp of the remaining tomato paste mix with water a small bawl. Cook with water to keep it in the direction of the peppers or slightly below.

İt’s ready . You have to eat hot and with salad or yogurt.
