Choc Acai Bowl Recipe - A good start to the New Year!!
The chocolate was necessary!
I've always loved a good Acai Bowl. Most of the time I freestyle with my ingredients, but this one was particularly good. In summer I find them quick and easy to whip up for the family. And most of the time the kids would rather eat a big smoothie bowl then icecream. So give it a shot. The recipe is really a guide, you can throw in whatever you like except for the chocolate. I think that's absolutley neccessary.

Açai, Coconut protein powder, chia, mango, banana, strawberries, and blueberries 🙏
ACAI BREAKFAST BOWL
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
1 TBSP Acai powder
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen Mango
240 ml unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
1 Tbsp coconut protein powder
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp shredded coconut
fresh berries
INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender, combine the acai powder, frozen banana, frozen mango and unsweetened almond milk and a scoop of protein powder.
Sometimes I'll add a Tbsp of Coconut oil to the mix.
Top with coconut, chia seeds, fresh berries, and dark chocolate.
