For meat lovers in long cooking
At the end of this week, I decided to spoil my family with an assorted meat sauce of Asado, which had been waiting for a long time in a marinade of white wine, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
Preparation of the marinade:
- A bottle of white wine.
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 6 stems of thyme plant.
- Salt and English pepper to taste.
All the ingredients should be placed in a large bowl and the chunk of asado meat should be placed in it. Cover the bowl with plastic and refrigerate for a whole night.
Then transfer the meat to the pan to cover with foil and put in the oven for three hours at 170 degrees. Ten minutes before it is ready have to take out the paper money and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
It is very important:
- Use only fresh meat and not frozen.
- Allow the meat to rest a few minutes before slicing it so that the juices remain inside.
