VEGETARIAN FESTIVALS AROUND THE WORLD

Is there a J festival, veggie fest, or world vegan festival happening where you are?

I’m almost sure there is. Here in Chiang Mai the เจ festival (pronounced jay) is currently in effect until the 28 th of this month.

You can find vegetarian/vegan food being sold on the streets, in food stalls, and in the local 7 eleven to name just a few places.
There's everything from packaged junk foods to extra sweet fruit and veggies.

This is our second time participating in the j festival here in Chiang Mai and we love it!

Make sure to google your area and add veg fest or vegan festival, and I’m sure you’ll find something happening where you are this month or beginning of next month. If you do, I hope you go out and try all the vegan items out there. Trust me... they’re delicious.

I’m always on the hunt for some cookies, and these are always at the bakery in Maya Mall every year for the vegetarian festival.

These cookies are ok, but the vegan butter cookies are the best!

(Vegan Butter cookies are a must! Ok, for me they are.)

Enjoy all the sweet treats and vegan packaged goods for the day, and Then get back on the horse of whole plant foods and daily exercise.
