Tantuni; The meal is specific to Turkey's Mersin province.
Lean and nerveless meats are finely cut and chopped, and then finally mixed with onions, tomatoes, parsley, sunflower oil and spices and served as a roll or as desired.
In Mersin, marbled lemon is prepared on the mantle and normal lemon is squeezed in the big cities. Pickled pepper, which accompanies it as a companion, improves appetite and balances heat.
