Ingredients: (for 4 people)
1 kg of tomatoes
200g of carrots
1 onion
1 celery stalk
60 centilitre of chicken broth
Salt, chiseled basil, bouquet garni

Method:

  1. Peel and slice the tomatoes, cut into cubes.
