White chokolate Cake
2 1/2 dl butter
200 g white chocolate
4 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 dl brown sugar
1 vanilla pole
3 1/2 dl flour
1 1/2 blueberry and rips together
1 dl dark chocolate chocolate, melted
Oppskrift

White chocolate cake:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Melt the butter in a water bath and add white chocolate into pieces as well as the seeds from the vanilla bar. Let the chocolate melt and stir together. Whisk egg, salt and sugar together until it is light and moist. Add the chocolate mixture and whisk on low speed until everything is well mixed. Finally add the sifted flour and turn it in for a while. Dress a long pan with baking paper and pour the batter into it. Cook the cake for approx. 35 minutes. Cool the cake and decorate with chocolate and berries.

A chocolate cake does not always have to be dark! We made this super good variant with white chocolate. We think white chocolate cake fits nicely into one of the many festive occasions in the summer.
