@elfkitchen - now I really wish I live in the tropics again - I didn't know that the dragon fruit is also called pitaya - thanks for that.
Having a dragon fruit plant is really a blessing - it has so many health benefits and is very expensive here.
Your photos on your recipe really look great !

      @elfkitchen sure but every week is a different theme - the Smoothie Showdown is just for this weekend and there's 2 days and 15 hours left before end of submission :)
