My experience of working in a restaurant Spettacolo
Hello Steemians , today I want to share with you the experience of working in a restaurant Spettacolo in the Tallinn
which unfortunately is now closed, I worked at this restaurant for 5 years and this post will be about the rebranding of 2014, and here are some dishes from my memories:
Beef carpaccio with sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, parmesan and truffle aioli
Tuna fish with fresh tomato, avocado cream and raspberry coolie
Beef tartar with black truffle , parmesan and quail egg
Vitello Tonnato with capers and sun dried tomatoes
Octopus with basil pesto and with vegetables , carrot puree
Salmon with pea puree , potatoes and black root
Lamb rack with caramel sauce and vegetables
Oxtail with polenta and fennel in red wine sauce
