Kuah Asam Keu eung (Asam Pedas)
Spicy Salt Sauce
Aceh typical cuisine is very popular by all circles. The ingredients to be cooked are Kuah Keu eung (spicy acid) depending on each taste.
Fish, Shrimp, meat is the basic ingredients Sour sauce keu eung.
This time I just explained the ingredients as recipe Kuah Asam Keu Eung. Realize the ingredients are cooked depending on taste.
Material
Prepare meat, fish, shrimp or other ingredients
2 tablespoons lemon juice (1/2 fruit / 2 pieces)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjustable)
2 fruit belimbing kampong, sliced length / periphery
1 curry leaf / in temurui
3 pieces of chili pepper, cut jd 3 / half
Enough air
Ground spices:
1 tablespoon of red onion (4-5 cloves)
1/2 tablespoon white meat (2-3 cloves)
1 teaspoon chili ijo (10 pieces)
1/2 tablespoon turmeric (2 fingers)
1/2 tablespoon cilantro / ground powder
1/4 teaspoon powder
a pinch of cumin / black fish
1 tablespoon of sunti acid (Aceh acid)
Step
Clean the meat, fish, shrimp (to taste), then wash, cut and drain.
Take the skillet, add the ingredients, add salt + lime juice, mix well. Then put the spices smooth, mix well. Add starfruit + chili ijo + curry leaves / temurui, give enough air. Turn on the stove, cook until boiling & the fish is cooked.
Check the taste, as it is fit, lift & serve. at times can be given other flavors according to taste. Spicy, Acid, Salt.
Ready to serve, with salted fish more delicious.

Saus Asam Pedas
Masakan khas Aceh sangat populer oleh semua kalangan. Bahan yang harus dimasak adalah Kuah Keu eung (asam pedas) tergantung selera masing-masing.
Ikan, Udang, daging adalah bahan dasar Kuah asam keu eung.
Kali ini saya hanya menjelaskan bahan-bahan sebagai resep masakan Kuah Asam Keu Eung. Menyadari bahan-bahan yang dimasak tergantung selera.
Bahan
Siapkan daging, ikan, udang atau bahan lainnya
2 sendok makan air jeruk nipis (1/2 buah / 2 potong)
1 1/2 sendok teh garam (dapat disesuaikan)
2 buah belimbing kampung, diiris panjang / serong
1 daun kari / di temurui
3 potong cabe ijo, potong jd 3 / setengahnya
Udara yang cukup
Bumbu halus:
1 sendok makan bawang merah (4-5 siung)
1/2 sendok makan daging putih (2-3 siung)
1 sendok teh cabai ijo (10 buah)
1/2 sendok makan kunyit (2 jari)
1/2 sendok makan ketumbar / bubuk tanah
1/4 sendok teh bubuk
sejumput jinten / ikan hitam
1 sendok makan asam sunti (asam Aceh)
Langkah
Bersihkan daging, ikan, udang (secukupnya), lalu cuci, potong dan tiriskan.
Ambil wajan, tambahkan bahan-bahan, tambahkan garam + air jeruk nipis, aduk rata. Kemudian taruh bumbu halus, aduk rata. Tambahkan belimbing + cabai ijo + daun kari / temurui, beri udara secukupnya. Nyalakan kompor, masak sampai mendidih & ikan matang.
Periksa rasanya, seperti sudah pas, angkat & sajikan. pada saat dapat diberikan rasa lainnya sesuai selera. Pedas, Asam, Garam.
