Chinese BBQ Honey Pork
Hi Steemians, Chinese BBQ Honey Pork is a famous cuisine in Hong Kong. Let us have a home-made BBQ Honey Pork together.
Ingredient:
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1.5 lbs boneless pork chops
Instruction:
1.Mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic together to make pork sauce
2.Lightly put pork with salt and pepper.
3.Coat each chop with pork sauce
4.Cook chops on the greased grill from hot coals for 5 minutes on each side or until meat is cooked through.
