Hello, dear Steemians!

As a first post I am sharing with you guys a yummy dessert that it's super easy to make and I am pretty sure every inner child will love it!

You will need:

♡ Ingredients♡

● chia seeds 80 g

● coconut milk / soy milk/ almond milk/ cashew milk/ cow milk

● raspberries/ strawberries/ mango etc.

● sugar/ honey/ maple syrup

● 1 pinch of salt

♡ How to:

● In a bowl add the chia seeds, coconut milk and sugar.

●Mix them together until you have a creamy consistency.

● Place the pudding in jars, bowls or cute shapes and leave it in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.

The chia seeds will absorb the milk and create a jelly like consistency.

What I like about this chia pudding is that you can either eat it as a dessert, snack or breakfast and of course you have thousands of variations;
You can always improvise by adding jam, banana puree, cocoa powder, cinnamon, biscuits if you want to add a little bit of texture, dried fruits, matcha powder and so on.
It's so easy to make and so yummy, but you need to try it yourself.
