Vegetables are essential for our health.
Vegetables contains nutrients which are too essential for skin repair
I eat an enormous amount of vegetables for my healtier life

Some vegetables and their vitamins:-

• Green beans contains vitamin C
•. Carrot contains vitamin A and K
•Sweet potato contains vitamin A, B6 and vitamin C

We can add vegetables in our daily diet to make our food healthier.All the food we intake daily are not much well for our body ! It add more calories in our body

"Prevention is better than cure"

By having more vegetables we can reduce the risk of unexpected diseases in the future !
