Wine and nut ribs
Ingredients: pork ribs - 1 kg; prunes - 200 g; cumin- 1 teaspoon; white dessert wine - 100g; walnuts - 100 g; pepper, salt
Wash prunes, pour wine for 20 minutes
Divide washed ribs into portions, fry, put in a pan, salt, sprinkle with pepper and cumin, pour 0.5 glass of water, simmer under the cover
Fill prunes with halves of nuts
When the meat is almost ready, add prunes with nuts, add wine and simmer until ready
