Today's "Whats for dinner" - Chicken, Ground Sirloin Taco Platter!!!!
Tonight was a classic that everyone has done before I bet. However, today I really felt like taco's. I know you know the feeling. So with this I made everything from scratch down to the salsa.
Ranch Taco Chicken
Ground Sirloin (seasoned with Taco Chili powder)
Mild Cheddar
Iceberg Lettuce
Lime
Cilantro
Salsa (FRESH Salsa, picked from street farm today)
Chopped Tomatoes
Chopped Onion
Cilantro chooped
Jalapeno Peppers and Juice
Lime Juice
Seasoned to taste
Tonight's Dinner Score - 8.1
Scale;
1 - Poor, Wouldn't recommend
10 - So good that you would never stop eating.
