Femisibooboo Kitchen: Efo Elegusi (Nigeria Dish)

Hello everyone it is me again, Welcome to Femisibooboo's Kitchen and today we are going to prepare a Yoruba dish today and I am sure you will all love it. Firstly we need our ingredients

Goat Beef
Stockfish head
Smoked fish
Spinach leaves
Grinded Fresh pepper
Grinded Fresh tomatoes
Grinded Onion
Grinded Melon
Seasoning cubes
Locust Beans
Palm oil
Water
Salt

Now we have all our ingredients let's start cooking
Wash the meat, and stockfish head then put it in a pot. Season it with onion, seasoning cubes, salt and pepper then steam till water dries up but make sure it doesn't burn. Add water and continue cooking.
Pick, wash, cut the Spinach leaves then set aside. Wash and remove all the bones from the fish.
Heat the palm oil, and then add ground fresh tomatoes, onion and pepper then Fry for about 5 minutes.
Add the stockfish, smoked fish and meat stock. Allow to cook for about 5 minutes. Add the grounded melon and boil it without stirring for about 10 minutes.
Add little water and continue boiling for 8-10 minutes. Add locust beans, seasoning cubes, stir and simmer for about 2 minutes, and add salt to taste.
Then add spinach leaves, and allow to simmer for another few minutes. Your Efo elegusi is ready.
You can serve it with semovita or pounded yam. Hope you love it, we will cook something different tomorrow. I love you, you love me and we love food
