My secrets INGREDIENTS

(for 4 portions):

♡ 1 glass brown rice

♡ 3 glasses of water

♡ 1 clove of garlic

♡ 1 glass of pumpkin cream

♡ 1 broccoli

♡ Nutritional yeast

♡ Parsley

♡ Salt

PREPARATION

Preparation time: 15min
Cooking time: 45min
Total: 60min

The first step will be to prepare brown rice, to flavor and give more texture and strength to our rice, we will proceed to cut very finely the garlic then we will add a jet of oil and heat to release the natural aromatic oil of the garlic, without leaving the corresponding amount of brown rice is placed, stir for 1 minute before pouring the water. As it is brown rice I recommend that you put 1 extra cup of water as it usually costs more to cook this type of rice.

Then we will prepare the cream of pumpkin, its preparation is very simple we only have to boil the pumpkin and once it is ready we will process it in a blender or mixer, we add a little soy milk and ready we have our cream of pumpkin.

When the rice is almost ready, place the cream of pumpkin in the rice, stir and let it finish cooking the preparation, it is necessary to take the fire to the lowest possible.

While you finish cooking the brown rice with the cream of pumpkin, prepare the broccoli, we must wash very well before putting it to boil or if you prefer to steam leave it to your choice, do not exceed with salt remember that the other preparation already contains salt. When the broccoli is ready to add to the rice and add a little profile.
