Honey Burning Shrimp
You must be familiar with this food, because I really like to eat shrimp. but this time I will share a different recipe, simple to make it but feels very satisfying.
Recipe!
Ingredients :
250 gr of medium size shrimp, remove the head, split the back
2 cloves of garlic, mashed
2 tablespoons red onion, mashed
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
To taste salt, pepper powder, mushroom broth
The steps :
Mix all the finished materials one in the container. stir well. let stand for approximately 20 minutes, (put in the refrigerator with a closed container).
Prepare flat teflon/tool grill. burned shrimp with medium heat. (cook shrimp do not need long just a few minutes, then lift).
Food ready to serve.

What is the origin of this dish? It looks tasy AF. I'd love to wash it down with a IPA. I think the two who complement each other very nicely.
