Sizzling Hot B.B.Q Chicken Karahi.
Ingredients.
Oil 1/2cup.
Chicken 1/2kg.
Onion chopped 1 medium.
Ginger Garlic Paste 1,1 tbsp.
Tomatos 3 chopped.
Salt to taste.
Red chilli flakes 1tbsp.
Haldi powder 1tsp.
Coriander powder 1tsp.
Cumin Seed 1tsp.
Yogurt 1/2cup.
Ginger, coriander leaves, green chillies slices, lemon slices for garnishing.
Coal for smoke.
Method.
Heat oil in a wok fry chicken and take it out.
In same oil add onion and saute till golden brown then add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes add tomatoes and all spices and cook more 2 minutes then add fried chicken and cook, add yogurt and cook till water dries and oil seperated.
Give coal smoke for just 15 to 20 seconds lastly add some green chilli slices and julian cut ginger and give it a good mix.
In serving platter or sizzler plate put aluminium foil add chicken karahi garnish with julian cut Ginger, coriander leaves, green chilli slices, lemon slices and serve hot with Naan and Raita.
You can add more spices if you like more spicy.
