Easy Recipe with Rice Cooker - cooking nasi tim bentul

Materials needed

  • 400 grams of rice
  • 200 grams of beef stomach (meat + fat)
  • 200 grams hump
  • 100 grams of carrots
  • 5 dried shitake mushrooms
  • 50 grams of dried shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 500 ml of water
  • A few pieces of scallion - finely chopped (for garnish)

Soaking Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • ½ tablespoon light soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper powder

How to make

  • Cut the thin beef. Combine all the ingredients of the marinade sauce into a bowl and mix well. Add the beef and flatten until all the meat is exposed to the sauce. Let stand for 1 hour.
  • Meanwhile, soak dried shitake mushrooms in warm water until it becomes tender. Drain mushrooms then diced.
  • Soak dried shrimp in the water until tender (about 5 minutes), then drain.
    Peeled claws and carrots, then cut the dice.
    Wash the rice then drain.
  • Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat until the oil is very hot. Enter the bite piece and stir-fry until half-baked (about 5 minutes). Drain the knot, and set aside. Leave the remaining oil that has been used to fry the bulge in the skillet.
  • Fried dried shrimp until fragrant. Add the pork chop with the sauce, then stir for a few minutes.
  • Enter the rice and stir fry for 30 seconds or until all are well blended.
  • Put the rice mixture into the rice cooker. Add water and start the cooking process.
  • When the water in the rice cooker begins to boil, immediately enter the fried, carrot and shitake mushroom, then immediately close the rice cooker again.
  • When the cooking mark on the rice cooker is dead, do not immediately open the rice cooker. Let the rice become more tanak for about 10 minutes.
  • When going to serve the team rice, stir the rice team slowly. Do not stir it loudly, so soft bumps are not easily crumbled.
  • Serve the team rice on a plate, then decorate with chopped onion.
