Kaiserschmarrn - an imperial dish
Flour, milk, eggs, a little sugar and salt; that is everything you need for a Kaiserschmarrn. Cook in a pan with butter at medium heat until the lower part gets firm, divide into parts and stir until completely cooked. Put powdered sugar on top and serve with grated plums.
One legend says that Kaiser Franz Joseph I. (1830-1916) loved pancakes for dessert and when the cook didn't make them well and they tore appart the staff could eat them.
