Spicy grilled salmon with grilled chives

Salmon and cauliflower are foods that are great when you combine spices. Spices, in addition to being able to taste the food, also have many nutrients that are beneficial for the health of the body. Salmon is one of the healthiest fish you can use and is a rich source of protein, healthy fats and calcium. But along with this source of cauliflower protein is also rich in fiber. ingredients:

  1. A tablespoon of olive oil
  2. A tablespoon of crushed cumin
  3. Three-fourths of a teaspoon of salt
  4. An eighth teaspoon of black pepper
  5. Four cups of cauliflower florets
  6. A quarter of a cup of fresh, crushed coriander
  7. A quarter cup of golden raisins
  8. A spoonful of fresh lemon juice
  9. One second teaspoon of coriander powder
  10. An eighth teaspoon of spice mix (Whatever type you used to be)
  11. Four Salmon fillets with skin
  12. Bake spray or a little oil
  13. Four lemon slices

Grilling Salmon Method

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Olive oil, one second teaspoon cumin powder, add a quarter teaspoon of salt and black pepper in a large bowl. Add the cauliflower and shake well in the bowl to be completely soaked. Chop the cauliflower in a layer on the baking tray. Then cook for about 18 to 20 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine the cauliflower, coriander, raisin and water juice in a bowl. Gently squeeze until all are smeared.

Reduce the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Take a second teaspoon of cumin remaining, add a second teaspoon of salt, coriander powder, and spice mix in a small bowl. Spice the mix on the fillets evenly. Place the fillets under the skin below on a frying pan coated with foil and coated with a spray or a little fatty oil. Cook for 10 minutes or until the fillets are completely cooked at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve with cauliflower and lemon slices.
