Guayaba Muffin - Pleasant Surprise

How many times have we been disappointed by a dessert? Too much dough, not enough goodies, etc. Check out your local hispanic bakery and you may be surprised. This muffin for $1.60 was packed with guava paste. It was probably half the weight of the whole muffin. Very tasty.
