Happy Bowl on a Sunday morning

Hey Steemian,

Long time, no see. Or long time, no writing. I know, I have no excuses for not posting in a while. Everybody here is busy, but still has the time to write an article. How do you do?
I must confess my priorities changed and reorganizing my life is one of them.
And now, on this quiet and gloomy Sunday, I find some time for myself: reading, drinking a good coffee, eating chocolate, searching for some new comfortable shoes (with my bakery, I'm always on the move), listening to some Angus and Julia Stone.
I started my day with this happy bowl, it's delicious, comforting and healthy.

Ingredients
400 ml milk
100 g oat flakes
sour cherry jam, made by your grandma
a pinch of cinnamon
50 g walnuts

  1. Preheat the milk.
  2. When the milk starts boiling, add the oat flakes and stir continuously. Let it boil until there is no liquid left.
  3. In a bowl, pour the porridge, add some sour cherry jam.
  4. Sprinkle walnuts and cinnamon.
  5. Enjoy your quiet morning with this happy bowl.

I find it perfect to start my Sunday morning. What's your Sunday routine?
