My cooking at home using oven~ fun and delicious!

Hi there

I love to cook and to try something new.

For new I mean, I usually try to produce new dish rather than popular one (like carbonara spaghetti for example).

here is few menu I prepare at the last moment, all of them using the oven, since I found it practical and delicious.

As you can see from this picture, I like to blend a lot of ingredients on my dish.
The oven enhance them and melt their unique flavors.

In this experiment I used the frozen organic blueberry which resulted in an amazing jam lile sauce. We liked it so much that all frozen blueberry were gone after few other dishes.
My wife told me: "now I understood how we were supposed to use those"

Second fantastic dish is salmon

but not just it, also lots of onions, carrots.
The proportion of meat vs vegetables reveal how much I prefer the latter.
