GRATINATED SHRIMPS
As its name tells us, this recipe is based on grilling these crustaceans with Parmesan cheese and mozzarella, which gives us that indescribable flavor that many of us love. This dish is also excellent to share between family and friends and especially when we want to conquer that special person, since it contains great aphrodisiac properties.
Below I show you each of the steps to enjoy this marine delicacy:
Ingredients:
• 1 kilogram of shrimp.
• 4 tablespoons of grated mozzarella cheese.
• 1 cup of milk cream.
• 1 tablespoon of garlic paste.
• 1 tablespoon of mustard.
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley.
• 2 glasses of Brandy.
• 1 tablespoon butter.
• 60 grams of Parmesan cheese.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation process:
• The first thing we must do is to realize that we have gathered all the ingredients.
• In a pan over medium heat, add a spoonful of butter and let it melt, then add the cleaned shrimp (without the shell or the central vein). Then add the garlic paste with salt and pepper to taste.
• Saute shrimp for 5 minutes, add fresh parsley and brandy, and turn off the heat.
• Then prepare the base sauce with which we will bring the shrimp to the oven, for this we look for a container and add the cream of milk, parsley, mustard, brandy with salt and pepper to taste. And all the ingredients are mixed very well.
• Add the shrimp in a pot or baking tray and bathe with the sauce that we prepared previously.
• Meanwhile, the oven is pre-heated to 150ºC, and the mozzarella and parmesan cheese is well distributed over the shrimp. Then they are taken to the oven and left to cook until the cheese is golden brown.
• Once ready, they are served immediately, accompanied by bread and a cold beer.
